30th October - CCST and Ca Foscari University of Venice

In the context of the celebration of the Week of Italian Language in the World, Professor Fabio Caon from Ca Foscari University of Venice and Najla Kalach from "La Sapienza" University of Rome performed a workshop at the Comboni Italian Center on "Music and Intercultural Communication" with the students of this language.
The day before, Prof. Caon, H.E. Fabrizio Lobasso, Ambasador of Italy to Sudan and Dr. Igiea Lanza presented the book "Between Languages and Cultures. Intercultural Communication between the Italians and Sudanese" published by "Edizioni Ca Foscari". Comboni College of Science and Technology was part of this intercultural project. The book is designed "to provide tourists, officials from institutions, businessmen and professionals in the field of cooperation and development concrete instruments to better face the challenge of diversity, especially in the most complex human sphere of values, traditions, verbal communication and nonverbal communication".
